Survey Data Collection Package
Becky's expertise and experience in survey design allows her to design a survey that will collect the most meaningful input from the persons you serve. This package starts with the development of a logic model framework so that your survey data aligns with your program's goals. It also includes either a starting from scratch survey or a reboot of an existing survey.
The survey questions will be crafted in a way to ensure that the information you collect measures not only the experience of your persons served, but the impact and outcome of the services you provide. This information is crucial for grant applications, marketing your programs, knowing how to improve your programs, and for all of your fundraising efforts.
In addition to the survey design, Becky can guide you in choosing the best online survey data collection tool. She will upload your survey into your chosen survey tool and share it with your persons served in order to collect the data you need. The cost includes two rounds of changes before the survey goes live.

Data Storage Configuration Package
Gathering the characteristics of the people you serve is crucial for evaluating program impact. You are probably gathering loads of data about your clients, and if you struggle with organizing it for analysis, you are not alone. This package starts by creating a framework logic model to connect your client data with your program goals.
Becky will then set up a user-friendly database, using Airtable, SmartSuite, or Excel, making it easy to find and pull your data for reports and analysis. If you need ongoing help, you can choose to subscribe to our monthly support service. Becky will be there to troubleshoot, provide training, and make any necessary changes to your database.

Data Aggregation & Reporting Package
This package starts with the development of a logic model framework to align your data reporting with your program goals. It also includes grouping all of your survey data and/or client characteristic data to make meaningful conclusions. The data is reported using the clients brand colors and tables.
This report can be shared with grand funders, doors, board of directors or any other stakeholder. The data provided in the report can be weaved into your grant application narrative.
The report cost includes five found of changes per report. Any additional round of changes cost $50 per round of change.

About
Hi. My name is Becky Schneider.
With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, I have helped nonprofits harness the power of data for fundraising, board reporting, and CARF accreditation purposes. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of creating data reports that have played a pivotal role in securing hundreds of thousands of dollars from grant applications.
I bring specialized knowledge and training in data analytics, data visualization, survey design, policy and procedure development, and the art of moderating focus groups. This multifaceted skill set allows me to offer comprehensive services.
My education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling. Recently, I've completed a Certificate in Tableau Data Analytics from NYU Tandon School of Engineering.
In my free time, I find joy in spending quality time with my husband and our standard poodle, Watson...preferably outside when it's not freezing temperatures.
